Michael Cohen has been in the executive search field for over 20 years. His client base has included management and information technology consulting firms, hospitals, financial, academic, governmental institutions, and manufacturing companies nationwide.

Mr. Cohen has completed over 500 searches throughout the nation. Searches have included Chief Executive Officers, Administrators, Chief Financial Officers, Controllers, Directors, and Managers. Specific positions include President, CEO, COO, CIO, CFO, Vice President and Director of Marketing, Vice President and Director of Engineering, and many other senior management positions. In addition to Fortune 500 searches, his searches have also included Partner, Senior Manager, Manager and Senior Consultant searches for a number of the Big Five, boutique and regional consulting firms specializing in strategy, consulting, tax and audit services.

Mr. Cohen joined Intech Summit Group Inc. in 1988 as Executive Vice President. His excellent performance, strong leadership skills, and client development ability brought about a promotion in 1995 to President and a 2000 promotion to Chief Executive Officer of Intech Summit Group, Inc. Mr. Cohen has attained national recognition in executive search for the firm.

Prior to joining Intech Summit Group, Inc. Mr. Cohen was a principal in the firm of Miera & Cohen International of San Diego. Prior to Miera & Cohen, he was a national manager with the international consulting firm of West Tech Consulting Services, Inc. of San Diego where he completed a two-year internship in retained search.

Mr. Cohen attended Southwestern College while pursuing a degree in psychology. He is involved in professional and community organizations and has served as the President of the Pacific Beach Rotary.
